Welcome to PARLI, a cloud-based school ERP and parent–school communication platform. By accessing, registering for, or using our platform (“Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using PARLI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including any future updates or modifications.

2. Use of the platform

The platform is designed to support school administration, academic management, communication, attendance, fee management, and related educational operations.

It is intended for authorized use by:
– School administrators
– Teachers and staff
– Students
– Parents or guardians

By using the Platform, you agree that:
– All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date
– The Platform will be used only for lawful and authorized educational purposes
– You will not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, records, or system resources
– You will not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security

Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. User accounts & security

Users may be required to create login credentials to access certain features.

You are responsible for:
– Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
– Preventing unauthorized use of your account
– All activities performed under your login credentials

You must immediately notify the school administration or PARLI support team if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.

4. Data ownership & content

All academic records, attendance data, fee records, student information, communications, reports, and uploaded content remain the property of the respective school or institution.

Users may not:
– Copy, reproduce, or distribute data without authorization
– Use data for personal commercial gain
– Alter or misuse academic records
– Access information beyond their authorized role

PARLI acts solely as a technology platform facilitating secure data access and management.

5. Platform availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted availability.

The Platform may experience temporary downtime due to:
– Scheduled maintenance
– Feature upgrades
– Server or network issues
– Unforeseen technical disruptions

We shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary service interruptions.

6. Suspension & termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice if:
– These Terms are violated
– Misuse or suspicious activity is detected
– Requested by the school administration
– Required under applicable law

Upon termination, access to account data may be limited based on school policy and legal obligations.

7. Modifications to terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect legal, technical, or business updates.

Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
